My passion is around supporting and encouraging others that will enable them to meet their potential.

PROPERTY COACHING

I am a property investor with over 23 years of experience and a significant portfolio of properties. I provide property coaching to a range of clients. Coaching various strategies that support my clients' needs while taking into account the existing economic circumstances.

Also, as the President of the Wellington Property Investors Association, I help shape and deliver benefits and education to our Association members.

BUSINESS MENTORING

I am a strong leader of teams and I also enjoy developing my students to their potential.

Being commercially savvy, I ensure that all decisions are thought through from a commercial perspective as well as technical.

I provide a knowledgeable and passionate attitude towards delivery of outcomes while my leadership is about empowering my students to develop and succeed. My focus is on my client and ensuring I always deliver best of class service.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

I really enjoy managing renovation and new build projects. I am always looking at ways to improve outcomes and ensure delivery is to the required standard. For investment property, the critical factor is to ensure the rental return will justify the cost of the renovation.

HISTORY

Before becoming a full time coach and mentor I was in the telecommunications industry. Within this role I led a team of staff that covered off detail design and implementation around the four pillars of technology for our customers.

Previously to that I was Group Manager Networks & Services at TelstraClear Ltd. Within that role I led a team of around 150 staff that covers off network design, testing/implementation and operate/maintain.

My background has always been in operational roles where I enjoy taking accountability to deliver and maintain end to end services and support to customers.

I was a member of the executive management team for the TAB, being responsible for TAB computer and raceday operations. During this time the TAB turnover grew 12% to $1 billion and I was responsible for ensuring that system up-time and performance met the needs of the business.

WORK LIFE BALANCE

Get out and get involved. There's a big world out there and I take every opportunity to experience it. From trekking through the Italian Dolomites to ice hiking in Patagonia, and multiple trips to Nepal (including Everest Base Camp) and enjoying the subtle flavours of a good glass of Montepulciano in Tuscany it's all there to enjoy and immerse yourself in.

Peter has truly amazing value to add to people and to businesses, in my view, and whatever he chooses to do, I have not the slightest doubt that he will do extremely well.
